---->2) I am an expert. Yeah~~!!

Badminton has a very long history. The first sport which was very similar to badminton came from Asia, dating back 2,000 years. Later, in 1873, badminton as it is played today came out in England.

When we play badminton, we need to move, jump, and wave our racket. It is a vigorous sport which can speed up our blood cycle in our bodies. It also trains our co-ordination because we need to judge the direction and the strength of the badminton in a very short time.

I am not good at sport but I like to play badminton. The first time I tried badminton was with my father when I was in primary school. Fathers are always experts in sports. Actually, he did not have too much time to spend with me because he usually had appointments after work. However, during the SARS outbreak and most of his appointments were cancelled and we did not eat outside. Consequently, father had more time for me and he coached me. During the winter, it was so cold that we even could do not have enough energy to write. In this case, we played badminton during the class break. A little exercise could get us warm up very quickly. We had a lot of fun during the game. Until now, every time I play badminton, I recall the time playing badminton with my little friends. Today, I have learnt some skills and I share them with my friends. Sometimes, some of my friends are not familiar with badminton, I teach them step by step patiently.

Now, I am going share with you some basic knowledge on how to play badminton. But I need to say I cannot be compared with those professional players. First of all, if you are a novice, you need to practice hitting shuttlecock repeatedly.  This helps you to get yourself a most comfortable way to beat the ball. Remember not to hold the racket too tightly. If you do so, you may hurt your wrist. I have experienced the pain several times. Maximize the strength of your wrist and take advantage of this strength to control the strength and the direction of your shots. Secondly, hit the shuttlecock before it falls below your waist level so that you can have a strong stroke. This is a useful tip.

Okay, I have to say, the most important thing is your confidence. If you are very determined, you can deter your competitor. :P:P:P
